Eva has been incredibly helpful to my mother, who had a nervous breakdown during the pandemic and subsequently lost her autonomy. After several months of holistic treatments which were helpful to her recovery I considered hypnotherapy as a potential option to help her regain confidence and process her past traumatic experiences. The change was immediately noticeable. Now, after just a few sessions, my mother seems to have discovered a new sense of meaning and is more optimistic. Eva was incredible. I didn't quite know what to expect from the initial visit, but she spoke with me carefully and thoroughly to fully comprehend my mental situation and issues. Her therapy was amazing. I got to a state of relaxation that I never felt possible and the experience was so helpful and positive. I have now had multiple sessions, and Eva also supplied an audio recording for me to use at home as and when required. I am extremely grateful for everything that Eva has helped me with.

Aquí en España con tanta vida social acabas acostumbrándote a los malos hábitos que luego cuesta quitar. No sabía por dónde empezar y buscando por internet encontré la hipnosis y quise probar.
